Wind Service has been working as an essential service, uninterrupted, from the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. While our intention and our drive to get your appliance back up and running haven't wavered, the industry and supply chain has had massive interruptions and setbacks that have limited our ability to serve our customer base in a manner that we, and our customers, are used to. With the volume of people home from school, working from home and just simply being in the home for longer periods of time, the volume of service needs has skyrocketed. At the same time, the parts needed to complete these service needs are harder and harder to get in a timely manner. These circumstances, along with shipping delays, have become an immense burden on our ability to "get the job done". Whether your appliance is in Warranty, under Service Contract, or COD, please know that we are trying our hardest and working with the Whirlpool team to secure your parts and finish the job. Hopefully soon, as things become more normal, Wind Service can get back to performing our service in a way that brings a smile back to the people of Long Island.
